We started Arbor Spring Farms in 2019 with a Mission Statement to grow the most Beautiful and Delicious Gourmet Wild Mushrooms Year Round, Indoors, in Michigan. We began this journey providing for markets, other retailers and chefs all across the state.

We create all of our own substrate In-house. Mushrooms thrive on woody substrate so, we create our own from scratch and then sterilize it to begin the process of growing all of our Fresh Wild Gourmet Mushrooms.

Mushrooms require a clean, sterile environment, While we work in our lab we run our hepa-filter. The air is constantly circulating and getting filtered into the room. Contamination can one of the hardest challenges with mushroom farming.

Farm to table produce: Without a kitchen license we CAN NOT take a knife to the crop. Farm to table, also known as farm to fork.
