Refund policy

We want you to feel confident about every order from Arbor Spring Farms. Because our products are ingestible supplements, our return policy is built around food-safety standards — please read the details below.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, with the manufacturer's safety seal intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements, except where the product arrived damaged or defective (see below).

How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@arborspringfarms.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — this applies whether or not the product has been opened.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can't be returned, including:

  • Opened or used supplements (for health and safety reasons)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Free or promotional items

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, reach out before sending it back.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your eligible unopened item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@arborspringfarms.com.

Arbor Spring Farms ships within the United States and Canada. This return policy applies to orders delivered to both countries.
